RIBATE defines a plan to optimise Ormazabal International Business (OIB)

Ribate has collaborated with Ormazabal International Business -the international development area of Grupo ORMAZABAL -to optimise the work being done to intensify its international activities.

During this project, a diagnosis was made of the operating processes of this organisation. This has included a Benchmarking exercise with industrial and service companies of a similar size to Grupo Ormazabal, as well as with its main competitors.

This diagnostics methodology involves identifying the current situation (AS IS), modelling the future target situation (TO BE), and developing in detail the mechanisms that will make this change possible.

Knowledge of the organisation and business acquired during this stage of the diagnosis, together with RIBATE's capacity to develop international projects, place this company in an ideal position to bring the project to a satisfactory conclusion, guaranteeing a successful outcome for OIB. These are the values that have led to RIBATE being commissioned to carry out other projects of an international nature for the Grupo Ormazabal.
